THE HAUZ APPROACH

One kitchen package.
A considered process.

Good contract kitchens need more than good cabinetry. They need a specification that works across your homes, a delivery plan that follows your programme, and a clear route to completion.

HAUZ brings those parts together, from the first drawings through to installation and snagging.

01 / SPECIFICATION

Consistency across
every plot.

Practical layouts and agreed finishes, with kitchen schedules that make the scope clear before ordering.

02 / COORDINATION

Delivery that fits
the programme.

Plan deliveries around site readiness, plot access and installation phases, with clear points of contact.

03 / COMPLETION

Care through
to handover.

Coordinate installation, checks and snagging so that each kitchen has a defined route to sign-off.

BEHIND THE DOORS

The details
that matter on site.

Understand the cabinet construction and hardware before you specify. Your quotation and approved kitchen schedule define the final package.

Core materials & construction.

Side panels
16 mm chipboard with melamine resin coating on both sides. Front edges have moisture-resistant 1.2 mm PP (polypropylene) edging with softly rounded edges.
Construction shelves & crossbars
19 mm melamine-coated panels for construction shelves, top/base shelves in highboards, tall and base units, and crossbars. Adjustable shelves are specified separately by unit.
Rear panel
Recessed 2.8 mm HDF with a protective painted finish on both sides, screwed into a 6–7 mm groove. The recessed back allows air circulation; the protective coating helps resist moisture absorption.
Assembly
Glued and dowelled with 8 × 30 mm solid hardwood dowels. 5 mm shelf adjustment holes are on the inside faces, with optional colour-coordinated cover plugs.
Shelf supports & capacity
All-metal shelf supports with locking safety pins help prevent movement. Maximum shelf load: 50 kg/m², in accordance with the stated DIN-standard specification.
Feet & interior
Height-adjustable plinth feet at the front and rear. White cabinet interior.
02 / DRAWERS · HAUZ

Profi+ drawer system.

HAUZ kitchens use the established Profi+ drawer and pull-out system.

Drawer sizes, internal fittings and load ratings are confirmed against the selected units in your project schedule.
